I think of my brain like a computer. A lot things can be happening at once and usually, you're pretty good at managing everything. Sometimes though, you might forget to close some programs you're not using, or maybe you're the person to have A LOT of open tabs. Those things take up a lot of your brainpower, making your programs slowww as fuuuuuu- and making it hard for you to start anything new.
So what can you do? 🗣️Close some tabs bestie! "But I don't wanna lose these ideas!" That's what this template is for. Dump all those thoughts and ideas to free up brain-space so you can start operating faster, smoother and actually get things done.
This template is dead simple - it only has a button and a toggle. Dump all your thoughts into the thoughts callout box, and all your emotions into the emotions callout box. Then close the toggle, and feel your brain get lighter 🪶
What's great about doing a brain dump is that you can come back to it later, fleshing out your thoughts more, and maybe turning that idea into a reality!
