You have systems that work. You have a Notion space that (mostly) works. You’ve been building a sustainable, supportive business while managing a chaotic brain, a glitchy body, and an overthinking habit you could win awards for. 

You’ve already done a lot on your own – more than you give yourself credit for maybe. You’re just not sure if the next idea that’s been whispering to you is too much. Or too weird. Or just not possible with what you’ve got.

That’s why you’re here to Ask the Oracle. To help sort through the noise in your brain and say out loud the things you’ve been circling in your head. The ideas you’re not sure are good—or even possible. This session is a mirror and a sounding board. A place to get clear, practical insight into your Notion setup or your business systems, without handing over your authority or hoping someone will magically fix it all for you.

Not just because I literally can’t lol, but because you don’t need fixing. 

You just need to see things differently. To be reminded that your intuition is probably more right than you think, and there are ways to build support systems around the ideas that keep eating at you at random hours.

This is a sacred space for people who want to get their hands dirty. 

Who want to experiment. 

Who want to believe in themselves, and just need someone to sit with them in the mess and say: “Yeah, that makes sense! Here’s how we make it work”.

Here’s how to tell which session to book with me. Don’t worry about fitting neatly into one or the other; just choose the session that makes the most sense for your needs right now.

Notion

You love to DIY your Notion space but you’re kinda sorta sick of trying to figure out why Notion isn’t doing what you need it to do. 

You can’t tell if it’s a Systems Problem or a You Problem. 

You’ve had it up to here with going down YouTube and Reddit rabbit holes every weekend looking for Notion tutorials and coming up empty, frustrated and feeling like what you need isn’t possible in Notion.

What you know you need is someone to sit with you looking at your space, telling you how things could be fixed, and help you speedrun your way to having your Notion space work with your brain again. And that includes helping you make it as ✨aesthetic✨ as your brain needs it to be.

You’re handling business like a boss – on the outside. 

Internally, you’re not sure how you’re gonna onboard your next client with the systems you have, your client portals leave everyone confused (clients still love you tho), and you haven’t had a less than 50 hour week since you started your business 3 years ago. 

You know what you’re doing isn’t sustainable, but you don’t know how to do business any other way. 

Or maybe you’re lowkey afraid of doing business in the way your intuition is leading you to (cos what if it doesn’t work out??).

What you need is someone to sit with you in this chaos and help you map out ways to implement the new systems your intuition is leading you toward without burning you out, or freaking out your nervous system. Your intuition isn’t wrong – you just need help building systems that support you while you experiment. 

what to expect when you sit with the oracle

1. you fill out my inquiry form

This is where you spill the tea about what’s happening, where you’re struggling, and give me more information about you as a person. I like taking this info ahead of your session so that I can fully prepare, and we spend our hour deep in problem-solving mode

2. you’ll book your session with me

After you fill out the form, you’ll be redirected to book your session with me. My session hours are from 9am to 2pm AST. If any of the times don’t work for you, lemme know and I’ll see how I can accommodate you. I’m usually flexible!

3. speak with the oracle 🔮

During our call, I’ll go over any notes I made based on your form responses. By this time, I usually have an idea of what the problem is, with suggestions/recommendations for what you can do moving forward. I’ll also ask you any clarifying questions and the floor is open to share whatever you need to in the moment. This session is largely guided by you. At the end of the call, I’ll do a brief summary of what we talked about, and then we discuss what you want to do moving forward.

4. 2-5 days after our session

You’ll get an email from me that’ll include:

• video recording of the session + transcript + summary
• your homework
• some additional thoughts from me about our session
• any resources, tools and tips we talked about during the session
• the date when your email support ends

5. up to 14 days after our session

There’s usually A LOT of info to process and integrate, so you’ll have 14 days of email support with me after our session. 

When you feel ready, you can use this time to word vomit your thoughts, share with me the progress of your homework, or get extra help with editing your Notion space.

things you might be wondering before you book

do I need to prep anything before the session?

Aside from the intake form we talked about earlier, there’s nothing you need to prep before our session. Come as you are 🫶🏾

what if I need help with BOTH Notion and my business systems?

This is common and expected! Choose the session that fits with the problem that’s the loudest/most frustrating right now. If we naturally drift during our session, that’s perfectly fine. You’re always the center; I’m a mirror.

what if I can’t make the time slots available?

Timezones are super annoying, so I’m flexible where I’m able to accommodate. Send me an email with your timezone so I can send you a custom booking link. 

will you build me something in Notion on the call?

No.This session is all about you – your learning, your growing, your knowledge. Me building something for you in Notion is an entirely different service!

can I reschedule or cancel?

Yup! Life happens™️so you can reschedule or cancel using the booking link up to 24 hours before our session. I’d also prefer if you tell me what the helly is going on before you do that so that I can accommodate where I’m able moving forward.

do I get support after our session?

Of course! There’s usually a lot to process and implement and I wouldn’t be a good oracle if I leave you hangin. You get 14 days of email support for any follow up questions, updates or implementation hurdles you may have. You’ll get a response within 48 hours, but I might respond sooner if I’m online.

can I book another session later on?

Please do if you need help with something else later on! You won’t have to fill out the intake form all the way over again if you book another session with me, but the process is the same. 

I really need help, but I can't afford $555

I totally get that this might not be accessible to the very people that need it. Send me an email and tell me what your budget is so I can send you a discount. Discounts are sent at my discretion and not everyone who asks for one gets one. If I can't accommodate you directly, I'll send you budget-friendly and free resources.
